Heard the rival submissions of the parties. We have perused the case diary which includes amongst others the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of

the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as the medical report of the ACMOH, South 24 Parganas.

We find that there are incriminating materials appearing against the present petitioner and as such we are not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the present petitioner thus prayer for anticipatory bail of the present petitioner is rejected.

With the above observations, the application being CRM 1018 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
