1. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time by contending that he filed this petition in the year 2022, but after that he has not received any instructions from the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that they have filed their report in 2022 but till date no exception has been filed.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents took a common stand that the petition has rendered infructuous.

4. It is noteworthy that on various occasions the petitioner only prayed for time and had not chosen to file exception and argued the matter.

5. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter and, therefore, counsel for the petitioner is not receiving any instructions.

6. Accordingly, this PIL is dismissed by reserving liberty to file appropriate proceedings, if the grievance still subsists.
