Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Station Manager and Assistant Engineer, Paikar Customer Care Centre, i.e. respondent No.4 have failed to install permanent poles and other essential apparatus, including a transformer, for the permanent electric connection bearing consumer ID 500623111 for the petitioner's submersible pump and prays leave for a direction upon the respondents to consider and complete the job at the earliest. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent authorities submits that there is a 11kv transformer on petitioner's land and if the petitioner agrees to install a 25kv transformer replacing the existing 11kv

transformer, the PCC poles can be erected as per request of the petitioner and files a report. Let the report be kept with the record.

Heard learned counsels appearing for the parties. As submitted by the respondent authorities WBSEDCL shall carry out the work regarding the rectification of the service connection of the petitioner from temporary bamboo structure to the PCC pole immediately upon installing the 25kv transformer on petitioner's land.

The petitioner shall cooperate with WBSEDCL regarding the same.

Needless to mention that the entire process should be completed within two months from date.

The writ petition being WPA 2375 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
