Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the factum of continuance of Hirapur police Station Case No. 356 of 2023 dated 18-10-2023 wherein chargesheet was submitted under Sections 498A/406/323/506 IPC read with Section 3⁄4 of the D P Act.

Records reflect that the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are yet to be supplied to the present petitioner. Having regard to the same, I am of the view that the present revisional application is premature. Petitioners would be at liberty to take out an application under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the jurisdictional court, after receipt of the documents under Section 207 of the Cr.PC. Learned Magistrate would consider the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made by this court while disposing of the present revisional application.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 407

of 2024 is disposed of.
