Mr. S.N.Arefin ...for the petitioners Mr. Sukumar Bhattacharya ........for the respondent nos. 1 & 2 The petitioners' apprehension is two-fold.

First, whether the petitioners have any Look Out Circular pending against them. Second, whether the petitioners will meet a similar incidence as that of their relative, Suresh Kumar Jhawar, who have been detained from travelling sometime in June, 2022.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners places an order passed by the coordinate Bench dated 20th October, 2022 by which the petitioners' said relative was allowed to travel subject to certain conditions.

It also appears from the record that the petitioners have written a letter to the Foreign Regional Registration Office as well as to the Bank

on 7th January, 2023 seeking information whether there is any Look Out Circular pending against the petitioners. The concerned respondents chose not to respond to the letter.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, WPA 2227 of 2023 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 3 to respond to the letter of the petitioners within seven days from date. The reply should reach the petitioners by 21st March, 2023 at the outer limit. The reply should indicate the points for information sought for by the petitioners.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
