The present revisional application has been preferred for expediting the progress of Case No. C-2533 of 2012. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners has pointed out to the last progress of the case where one witness has been examined. The proceedings are presently pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon.

Having regard to the fact that the proceedings are continuing for the last 11 years, I direct the learned trial court to conclude whole of the proceedings by fixing as many number of dates by 31.12.2024.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 415 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
