Fundamental issue involved in this revisional application is a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Misc. Appeal No. 87 of 2016 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, First Court, Paschim Midnapore.

I am of the opinion that prayer of this revisional application does not demand any notice to be served upon the opposite party.

Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Considering this facts and circumstances, the learned Additional District Judge, First Court, Paschim Midnapore is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of the referred Misc. Case, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting unnecessary adjournment, unless there is extreme urgency.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite

parties before the Trial Court as well as opposite parties.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
