The instant appeal has been preferred by the Government. The learned advocate for the State has filed a report of the S.I. Kotwali Police Station, Cooch Behar stated that the respondent has expired on about one year ago supported by a copy of the death certificate be kept on record.
Under such circumstances, the instant Government Appeal gets abated and, accordingly, disposed of.
