The petitioners prayed for quashing of proceedings including F.I.R., charge-sheet and the order dated 12.06.2014 passed by Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur in connection with Kolkata Leather Complex Police Station Case No.196 dated 22.10.2013 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Since, no one appeared for the petitioners after serving notice, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
