Chakrabarty Ms. Ratnadipa Karmakar ... for the appellant Mr. Amit Ranjan Roy ... for the respondents Re : CAN 2 of 2023 By the instant application the applicants have prayed for recording status of the appellant nos.3 and 4, namely Pradip Naik and Sudip Naik @ Sujit Naik as major, as the said appellants have attained majority. The said prayer being formal in nature and accompanied with copies of supporting documents, is considered and allowed.

Let necessary note of the appellant nos.3 and 4 having attained majority be noted by the department. Re : IA No.: CAN 3 of 2023 IA No.: CAN 3 of 2023 is an application by the applicants praying for correction of the cause title of

the cross objection being COT 88 of 2022 and FMAT 46 of 2018 in respect of the name of the appellant no.4 which was erroneously recorded as Sudip Naik instead of Sujit Naik.

Copies of supporting documents have been filed.

Accordingly, the applicant is granted leave to make necessary correction in the cause title. Department to note accordingly.

FMA 67 of 2023 has already been disposed of finally on 22nd April, 2024.
