Mr. Adhikari, learned advocate appearing for the appellants submits that the directions contained in the order dated 5th January, 2018 had already been complied with and as such, nothing remains to be decided in the present appeal and the same has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the appeal and the connected application are dismissed.
