The matter has appeared in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for correction of a typographical error which crept up in the order dated 6th May, 2024.

The date in the third line of paragraph 1 of the first page of the order should read as "31st October, 2022" instead of 31st August, 2022.

The order dated 6th May, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered. The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
