The dispute relates to one alleged wrong answer in respect of the selection test for assistant teacher in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016.

The petitioner submits that because of the wrong answer selected by the Commission and as he has given the right answer, he is entitled to one marks and he is entitled to be included in the panel. The petitioner has filed one representation vide page 67 of the writ application to the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission through speed post on 06.10.2021.

This representation has not been considered by the Secretary and I believe that this representation has been received by the said Secretary.

In any event the writ application has been received by the Commission wherein at page 67 the representation has been annexed as Annexure - 'P-11'. I direct the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to consider the representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

If it is found by the Secretary that the writ petitioner is entitled to get one marks and included in the panel or wait list, as the case may be, the Secretary of the Commission will take appropriate steps so that the petitioner can be considered for the post of assistant teacher.

With this observation and direction the writ petitioner is disposed of (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
