1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there was a fight between friends which resulted in the instant case.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He refers to the statements of the victim and the other witnesses, the injury report and the other medical reports. The C.T. Scan report shows there was a displaced fracture of the neck of condyle on right side of the victim.

3. Considering the above, the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged role ascribed to the petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
