Petition is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated February 27, 2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench. 2.

Out of 897 gms of gold entrusted to the petitioner only 25 gms was recovered. There are criminal antecedent of same nature as against the petitioner.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners as the stolen goods are yet to be recovered and since there are criminal antecedent so far as the petitioners is concerned. 4.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
