Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Eye-witnesses claimed that they saw the petitioner to flee away from the spot after they heard bomb blast. Police seized remnants of improvised explosives from the locale.

Complicity of the petitioner in the incident of hurling improvised explosives cannot be overlooked.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 456 of 2023 is dismissed.
