Petitioner apparently is implicated in an incident where, advertisement was issued seeking applications from unsuspecting member of public for job. Money was required to be paid along with application for job. Petitioner apparently is a beneficiary of such money collected.

Materials in the Case Diary suggest nexus between the petitioner and the other co-accused in such incident. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM(A) 358 of 2024 is disposed of.
