It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and he shall participate in the trial of the case regularly if granted anticipatory bail.

The State produces the case diary along with the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having considered the materials on record, specially the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and also having regard to the nature and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail is rejected. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
