Considering the materials on record and the general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioner and also having regard to the fact that chargesheet has been filed and in view of the fact that the de-facto complainant is residing with the husband at her in-law's place, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners namely, Mokbul Sk., Nayanur Bibi, Marina Bibi @ Sarjina, Mothahar Sk. and Jabeda Bibi shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) each, with one surety of like amount, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The application for anticipatory bail is allowed. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
