Petitioner submits he has complied with the conditions of bail. He prays for waiver of the said conditions. 2.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits petitioner did not inform the investigating officer the address where he was residing. He is implicated in other cases.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner has substantially complied with the conditions of bail. He did not enter Haldia area. He was residing within the jurisdiction of Lake PS and had reported to the Officer-in-Charge of the said PS once in a week. 4.

Hence, he has substantially complied with the conditions of bail imposed on him. He has been away from his home and hearth for six months. Further investigation is in progress. It is left to one's imagination when trial will commence.

Under such circumstances we waive the conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner i.e. not to enter Haldia area and report to

the Officer-in-Charge within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing i.e. Lake P.S once in a week until further orders. 6.

However, he shall report to the Officer-in-Charge Sutahata P.S once in a week until further orders.

CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
