Learned advocate for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the court to the order passed in WPA 18609 of 2023 and submits that certain inconveniences were caused to petitioner while operating the clinic. The Co-ordinate Bench also expressed its dissatisfaction in the manner in which the acts were being

conducted by the private respondents.

Be that as it may, as the petitioner, presently, claims that he wants to remove his clinic from the concerned place and is also interested to remove the articles which are there, in that case, if he advances any representation to the Officer-in-charge of Magrahat Police Station, the concerned Officer-in-charge of the said police station would assess regarding the presence of any articles as also ascertain whether same belongs to petitioner, thereafter, if he/she feels that there will be any crisis of law and order, he/she would take steps in accordance with law. In the alternative, the petitioner is directed to approach the jurisdictional Executive Magistrate with necessary prayer(s). If any order is passed in favour of the petitioner for removal of the articles which exclusively either belongs to the petitioner or his profession, the police authorities would ensure that no hindrance

is created.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Subrata Guha Biswas, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to appear on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularized by concerned authorities.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 2227 of 2024 is disposed of.
