Statements of neighbours implicate all the three petitioners before us in torturing the victim before her death. Victim apparently, committed suicide at her matrimonial home. Death occurred within nine months of marriage. Complicity of the petitioners in the incident requires investigation.

Enlarging any of the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 362 of 2024 is disposed of.
