recorded as Advocates appearing for the State. In fact, Mr. Prasun Kumar Dutta, Mr. Z.N.Khan & Md. Kutubuddin, learned Advocates represented the State in CRM(SB) 32 of 2022. Therefore, the names of Mr. Prasun Kumar Dutta, Mr. Z.N.Khan & Md. Kutubuddin, as Advocates for the State be read in the order dated 10th June, 2022 in respect of CRM (SB) 32 of 2022.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 10th June, 2022.
