To that effect, a communication has been made by the petitioner to the Inspector-in-charge of Suri Police Station.

Since the petitioner is satisfied with the present state of affairs, further

pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 2226 of 2024 is disposed of.
