Let the report, as filed on behalf of the State, be kept on record. It appears that upon completion of the investigation, chargesheet has been submitted. The petitioner has obtained regular bail and has also substantially complied with the conditions of bail till date.

In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 19th May, 2021, to the effect that 'the petitioner shall meet the officer in-charge of the local police station once in a week until further orders', is waived.

Other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
