In this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer for direction upon the Assistant Commissioner, State Tax Department, Jorasanko and Jorabagan Charge, Kolkata, the second respondent herein, to consider and dispose of its pending representation dated January 11, 2022 as appears at page 86 of the writ petition over which the second respondent is sitting tight. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.2129 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated January 11, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his order within one week after passing such order.
