The present revisional application is praying for quashing of proceeding in Alipore P.S Case No.34 of 1977 for offence punishable under Section 120B/255/260/467/571/420 of the IPC. The matter was also for expeditious disposal of the case. Ms. Trina Mitra, learned counsel for the State present in court is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let his appointment be regularised.

As none appears in this case since the date of listing and in spite of administrative notice, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
