Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. There was a land dispute between the family of the defacto complainant and the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State refers to the contents in the case diary and the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Considering the materials in the case diary and the statements of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 637 of 2022, is rejected.
