The Report reflects that the Investigating Officer was of the opinion that the allegations made by the complainant in the F.I.R. could not be substantiated against the present petitioners and, as such, Final Report was submitted before the jurisdictional Court opining "mistake of facts'. Subsequently, the revisional application before this Court becomes infructuous. If any steps are to be taken, the petitioner would be at liberty to take the same before the jurisdictional Court.
