The grievance of the petitioner is directed against alleged violation of an order dated 26th November, 2024. By the said order, the concerned Pradhan was directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is submitted on behalf of Pradhan, who is personally present in Court and duly represented that the order dated 26th November, 2024 would positively be complied with within two weeks from date.

In view of the above, CPAN 191 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application, if the circumstances so warrant. The presence of the concerned panchayat Pradhan is noted and dispensed with.

The Report filed by the State Authority be kept with the records.
