The petitioner has alleged non-compliance of our order dated 12th February, 2020. In our order while disposing of the appeal, we directed the appellate authority to release all admissible retiral dues of the writ petitioner/appellant pending disposal of the appeal. There is a dispute with regard to the payment made in terms of our order.

In view thereof, we direct the alleged sole contemnor to file affidavit of compliance of our order and to indicate the amount, if any, paid in terms of our order within two weeks from date. Reply thereto, if any, shall be filed within a week thereafter. The matter shall be listed under the heading "Contempt Application" four weeks hence.
