It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated due to matrimonial dispute.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the murder. Bail prayer of coaccused has been turned down by this court in September, 2022. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
