For the DRI The petitioner prays for waiver of the conditions of bail granted on 11.02.2026. So far as the condition not to leave the jurisdiction of CJM, Kolkata is concerned, the same is modified to the extent that the petitioner, if he intends to leave Kolkata for a particularly destination, will apply to the learned CJM, Kolkata. The learned CJM, Kolkata would exercise his/her discretion and grant necessary permission.

So far as the meeting with the investigating officer of the case is concerned, the same is modified to the extent that instead of once in a week, the petitioner shall once in a month meet with the Investigating Officer of the case. It would be the discretion of the Investigating Officer that he may call the petitioner as and when he requires for the sake of investigation by affording some time.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
