Heard submissions made on behalf of both parties.

The communication of the petitioner dated 6th March, 2025 addressed to the Assistant Engineer, Contai Highway Sub-Division P.W.(Roads), Directorate has been placed before this Court.

The petitioner has himself mentioned in the said letter that the unauthorized construction has completely been demolished.

The photographs showing demolition of the unauthorized construction over government land are annexed to the report filed by the authority. 5.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits, that during the process of demolition, the petitioner's structure has also been partially demolished.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

The act of the authority in demolishing the petitioner's structure as alleged, gives rise to a fresh cause of action. It will be open for the petitioner to take steps in the matter for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
