The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 20.12.2012 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, 1st Court, Tamluk in connection with M.P. Case No.512 of 2012.

The proceedings were under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the time constraints incorporated in the said provisions, I am of the opinion that the main proceedings before the Executive Magistrate have become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 49 of 2013 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
