1. In view of the fact that the husband of the petitioner has been apprehended by the Bangladesh Police and thereafter he was convicted by Bangladesh Court as he was allegedly engaged in illegal activities like robbery.

2. We are of the view that habeas corpus has lost its force. The petitioner may seek appropriate legal remedy in accordance with law.

4. WPA 1049 of 2009 stands disposed of.

5. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
