G.S.Das Mr. Siddhartha Sarkar ... for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Asish Kumar Guha Mr. Rajendra Chaturvedi ... for the State - respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the earlier direction, a sum of Rs. 1 lakh has been deposited with the department of the learned Court at Barasat.

In view of the earlier direction dated 12.02.2025, the learned Magistrate was supposed to stay warrant of arrest for a period of 15 days.

In case, on the next date so fixed, another sum of Rs. 1 lakh is not deposited, the learned Magistrate will revive the earlier order and a direction

should be passed by the learned Magistrate upon the private opposite party to meet with the Inspector-in- charge of Shantipur P.S. once a week till the whole of the arrear amount are paid by the private opposite party.

To that effect, it would be the discretion for the learned Magistrate to afford installment to the private opposite party.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 2400 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
