The learned advocate representing the appellant/insurance company submits to have deposited the entire awarded sum together with interest i.e. 10,48,064/- through two separate cheques as per challan filed by the learned advocate representing the appellant/insurance company.

In paragraph 17 of the judgment dated 4th December, 2024 is modified to the extent that "The learned advocate representing the respondent No.1/insurance company has already deposited a sum of Rs. 10,48,064/- at the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta. The respondents/claimants is to withdraw the claim amount along with interest from the date of filing of the claim application till the date of its realization.

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the judgment dated 4th December, 2024.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
