Learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that there has been non-compliance of the order passed by the Hon'ble Court and the reasons so assigned are in deviation to the directions passed by the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta as such prays for issuance of contempt rule.

Learned advocate for the State has denied such contentions and attention of the Court was drawn to the order dated 25.04.2023 by way of

which the District Inspector of School (SE) Uttar Dinajpur passed his order.

Having considered the reasons so assigned, I do not find that there has been any deviation from the directions passed by this Court. If the petitioner/applicant is aggrieved by the order dated 25.04.2023 he/she would prefer a fresh application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, CPAN of is dismissed. Connected application if any be disposed of.
