The Report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Nalhati Police Station, District Birbhum dated 26.11.2023 stated that appellant i.e. Baleswar Prosad Bhakat has expired on 30.11.2019 supported by a copy of the death certificate. The said report along with death certificate be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant appeal gets abated and disposed of accordingly.
