For the respondent no.5 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the entire claim of the petitioner in respect of the unpaid amount of gratuity along with interest has been paid to the petitioner pursuant to orders passed by this Court. The petitioner has no further grievances.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The same is disposed of without any further order. The parties will be at liberty to pray before the Competent Authority for appropriate orders in respect of the Certificate Case initiated due to non-payment of the gratuity amount.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
