Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan being respondent No. 2 in the instant application has failed and/or neglected to consider the applications dated 31.10.2019 and 05.11.2019 made by the petitioners till date. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials placed on record.

The Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan is requested to consider the applications dated 31.10.2019 and 05.11.2019. The writ petitioners are also directed to serve a copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition to the Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan, Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan is requested to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and to allow the petitioners to produce all the relevant documents at the time of hearing and pass a reasoned order within sixteen weeks from the date of communication of this order to the Commissioner of School Education (S.E.), Bikash Bhawan. The Commissioner of School Education

(S.E.), Bikash Bhawan is also requested to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioners at an earliest.

The writ petition being W.P.A. 2703 of 2021 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.
