The records of the case reflect that the petitioner was granted bail on or about 22.07.2022. The petitioner thereafter was appearing before the court. However, on one occasion, the petitioner could not appear and the learned court was pleased to issue warrant of arrest.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to cooperate with the smooth progress of the proceedings. Accordingly, learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to hand over a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Sujata Das, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State. Having regard to the fact that warrant of arrest has been issued very recently, I direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar that in case the petitioner appears before the court by 17.02.2023, he may be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond. The warrant of arrest may be recalled thereafter.

The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar would insist on regular physical appearance of the petitioner on the date so fixed by the court. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 329 of 2023 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
