JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.S. SIVAGNANAM, C.J.)

1. This appeal by the writ petitioner, appearing in person is directed against the order dated 25th January, 2024 in W.P.A. 1585 of 2024. By the said order, the writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to the appellant to pay the outstanding dues along with reconnection charges and other requisite charges and upon receipt of the same, the respondents were directed to restore the electricity connection in respect of the concerned premises.

2. The appellant has complied with the said order and the electricity connection has been restored.

3. The only ground raised by the appellant is that disconnection was made even prior to the last date for payment of the consumption charges. This, the learned Single Bench has found to be factually not established. Thus, we find no ground to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Bench.

4. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application stand dismissed.

5. No costs.
