The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents by flexing their muscles entered her property with deadly weapons, threatened the petitioner and her husband and forcibly looted away fishes valued more than Rs.1,50,000/-.

It has been further alleged that the respondents were so aggressive that, the people who were present at the adjacent land did not dare to assist the petitioner and/or her family members.

State has submitted a report which reflects that consequent to the complaint received, Balarampur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2025 dated 01.02.2025 has been registered under the relevant provisions of law against the three accused persons as also 8 to 10 unknown miscreants.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps and are investigating the case, I direct the police authorities to put in efforts for taking the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

In the meantime, the police would ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 2419 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
