The matter was again listed on 23.11.2021 but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and for the interest of justice the matter was adjourned till today. When the matter was called today none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears from record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, the writ petition being WPA 1071 of 2009 is dismissed for default.
