The petitioner alleges that the private respondents, son and daughter-in-law, have been torturing him. The wife has chosen to intervene in the proceedings.

The wife Swapna Addya is added as party respondent to this proceeding.

The Advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall make necessary amendments in the cause title. The wife, son and daughter-in-law do not have any objection to the writ petitioner's returning to their house. They have said that they will take care of the petitioner. The petitioner shall not introduce any other lady or friend into the house.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
