The petitioner is claiming that she has successfully passed the Teacher Eligibility Test, 2015 for Upper Primary Level of Schools but has lost her mark-sheet, as such she is praying that the Commission may be directed to issue a duplicate mark-sheet. The petitioner fails to produce any document in support of her aforesaid claim, she does not even possess the admit card of the said test.
However, by the active interference of Dr. Patra, learned counsel for the Commission the mark-sheet of the petitioner could be traced out from the records of the Commission. Dr. Patra submits that e-Mark Sheet of the petitioner can be issued if she approaches the Chairman of the Commission with a prayer to issue such mark-sheet, within a week from date, the petitioner shall follow the said advice of Dr. Patra. With the above terms W.P.A. 2274 of 2023 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
