Petitioner approached this Court as she was 12.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.73 Rakib aggrieved that her prayer before the investigating officer was not considered.

Mr. Samanta, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that investigation of the case is in progress and police authorities have also advance prayer for recording of the statement of the present petitioner under Section 183 of BNSS before the learned ACJM, Alipore and date has been fixed on 14th February, 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Alipore for recording of statement of the petitioner.

Having considered that the petitioner's dissatisfaction relating to investigation of the case are being addressed by the investigating officer, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Accordingly, WPA 2420 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
