This revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 03.09.2011 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore wherein the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate was pleased to take cognizance of the offence after the investigating agency completed its investigation and submitted charge-sheet.
Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan, learned advocate appearing for the State files report of the Officer-in-Charge of Ekbalpore Police Station. The said report dated 15.09.2021 be kept with the record.
The report reflects that the next date has been fixed on 17.11.2021 for trial.
Having regard to the change of circumstances, I am of the considered opinion that no interference is called for at this stage.
Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 190 of 2012 is dismissed.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
